INSTITUT FUR ROMA UND MINDERHEITEN EV

The Institute for Roma and Minorities Inclusion brings valuable expertise to the project, particularly in advocating for and empowering marginalized communities. With a focus on ethnic minorities, migrants, refugees, Roma, and women, their organization strives for equal access to opportunities and active citizenship. The Institute for Roma specializes in supporting migrants and vulnerable groups, focusing on projects related to social cohesiveness and migrant education. They will contribute to the internationalization of the project by involving Ukrainian migrants in Germany in the study. Through local workshops, learning projects, and advocacy efforts, they work to increase education and training performance, reduce unemployment, and promote volunteerism among hard-to-reach groups. With a team of 2 full-time and 3 part-time employees, supported by 20 active volunteers, they are committed to developing educational programs and tools to support the inclusion and empowerment of marginalized communities within the project and beyond.
